Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces medium shell pasta

  • 1 pound asparagus, peeled

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/2 cup basil sauce

  • Shredded 1/3 cup olive oil stains dry tomatoes (drained)

  • 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese, cut into small pieces

  • Omelette, to be added while serving

Japanese miso-grilled eggplant

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggplant, cut in half 

  • 3 tablespoons canola oil (or vegetable oil in general)

  • ¼ cup white miso

  • 2 tablespoons taste Lin

  • 1 tablespoon cooking Sake

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • Green onion, cut into shallots

  • 1 teaspoon sesame (preferably pre-toasted)

Spices Garlic Roasted Potatoes

  • Potatoes, slice it but do not cut til the end, so that the bottom of the potato is still connected

  • Right amount of yellow butter (melted)
